The nature of the Fire Service demands structure and cohesion. We strive to bring order, consistency and calm to your incident. Our people have decades of experience mitigating a wide variety of emergencies. Our interpersonal skills developed over long careers allow us to work very effectively with traumatized citizens, government entities, contractors and clients. Our people are mission-oriented. We make the hard calls, but we do it with tact. We have the ability to ease confrontations and help your organization move forward until your community is well on its way to recovery.

Our group has the ability to manage an incident and train people to operate within the Incident Command System (ICS) at nearly every level. We have all operated under ICS for decades. We know what will work, and what will not.
